COUSCOUS WITH BROCCOLI AND ANCHOVIES WITH OREGANO

1 can of TRATA anchovies with oregano
300 gr of couscous
450 ml boiled water
30 gr butter
4 finely chopped peppers
200 gr of finely chopped broccoli
10 finely chopped radishes
100 gr of finely chopped dill weed
100 gr of finely chopped spearmint
1 lemon

Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Boil the broccoli and when it is soft, remove using a large spoon. Add the couscous, butter, and a little salt to the same water and turn off the burner. Let stand until soft and until all the liquid has been absorbed. Prepare the sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a jar until a uniform sauce is produced. Place the couscous, peppers, broccoli, radishes, dill weed, and parsley in a bowl. Squeeze out the lemon juice and mix into the sauce. Serve with the anchovy fillets with oregano.
