Peppers stuffed with tuna salad with corn

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) Trata tuna salad with corn
  • 200g rice, cooked
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella, grated
  • 1 cup olives, finely chopped
  • 4 peppers, cut in half
  • 1 cup herbs, chopped
  • Salt

Method

Preheat the oven at 200°C. In a bowl, add the tuna salad with corn, rice, mayonnaise, mustard, mozzarella, olives, and spring onions, and combine. Cut the peppers in half, and season with salt. Scoop the mixture into the peppers. Bake for about 25 minutes, until the peppers are cooked. Serve with herbs.
